What to Do if the myCadillac App is Not Working

If in the rare case that your myCadillac App is not working, follow these quick troubleshooting steps:

  • If You Can’t Log In: Ensure all your credentials are correct. The e-mail associated with your account should be the same e-mail you provided to Hendrick Cadillac Cary when purchasing your new Cadillac. If you’re still unable to log in, click the “Forgot Password” link and follow the prompts. 
  • Multi-Factor Authentication isn’t Working: Double-check your credentials. If all credentials are correct, log in to your My Cadillac Account online and confirm the phone number or e-mail address you selected for multi-factor authentication. Check your spam folders on the off-chance the email was classified incorrectly. 
  • Vehicle isn’t Showing in the App: If your Cadillac isn’t appearing in the app, you may have an account linking issue. This can happen due to recent changes to your profile or a linking error. Log out and log back in. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, press the blue OnStar button in your vehicle or call (877) 558-8352 for assistance.
  • Mobile App is Slow/Crashing: To troubleshoot a slow or crashing app, force close the application on your phone and restart it. If you see no improvement, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You can also check the app for updates and restart your phone.
