We're with you for the long haul. That's the promise that comes with Cadillac Complete Care - our comprehensive owner benefit program that provides excellent service and support from the moment you purchase your new vehicle.

All 2019, 2020 AND 2021 Cadillacs Come Equipped with Cadillac Premium Care. Services Include:
  • Oil and Filter Change
  • Tire Rotation
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)
  • Cadillac Roadside Assistance – 6-Year/70,000-Mile Package1
  • Courtesy Transportation – 6-Year/70,000-Mile Coverage1
  • Warranty Coverage – a 4-Year/50,000-Mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty and 6-Year/70,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.1

Also, enjoy 2 years of OnStar Safety & Security Plan coverage3 and a limited Cadillac Connected Services trial, plus 3 months or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first)3.

All 2017 and 2018 Cadillac vehicles (excluding 2017 XT5) include select maintenance services for 3 years or 36,000 miles1. Services include:
  • Oil changes based on your vehicle’s Oil Life Monitoring System
  • Engine Air Cleaner Filter replacement (ATS-V only)
  • Passenger Compartment Air Filter replacement
  • Tire rotation every 7,500 miles
  • Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection (MPVI)

Eligible model-year 2018 vehicles will receive 1 year of OnStar Safety & Security Plan coverage4 and a limited Cadillac Connected Services trial4, plus 3 months or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first)4.
Properly equipped model year 2015 and newer vehicles will receive 1 month of OnStar Safety & Security coverage5, 1-month trial of Cadillac Connected Services5, and 1 month or 3GB of 4G LTE data (whichever comes first)5.

2017 XT5 and 2011-2016 Cadillac vehicles cover select maintenance services for 4 years or 50,000 miles1. Services include:
