Picked up Cadillac on Sat. the attendance was not very helpful. Thankfully one of the techs came through and pulled my vehicle around. It was very dirty inside and out-asked front desk if I could run it through the car wash and he stated it was probably broken because he said it had not worked for several weeks-I find that to be very odd for a large dealership to have the car wash broken down for such a long period of time. Disappointed with results this do round-maybe better next time.
I had taken me CTS on at least 2 separate occasions to have the moon roof fixed. They would adjust it and tell me it was working within using is 3 times it was back in the same shape it was before i took it in. My extended warranty would not take care of the problem. If the moon roof would have been fixed correctly while under Cadillac warranty which now they say i need a new glass put in, Not sure they did not recognize that new glass was need when i took it in the first 2 times to get it fixed.
