I brought my Escalade in for maintenance and a few minor issues. Cory was my service adviser. I’m always glad to have Cory as my adviser because he is always polite, competent, and responsive. He answers my questions, gets the work done in a reasonable time, and very personable. Great experience as usual.
Cory took care of both of my vehicles over the first two days this week. Everything was done to preficetion, as always .. it's like to going over to see a family friend ... always welcome and a joy to be around ...
The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They are not pushy and try to get you in and out in a timely manner. This last visit, I arrived early for my appointment (8:30am) and they got me signed in and I went to the computer lounge area and began working. This is a great amenity and allows minimal disruption to my day. I am not forced to be out of pocket just to get my vehicle service (Great Service in itself). The area is always clean and stocked with coffee machine, waters, and snacks. Its a pleasure doing business with Hendrick and they value the customer and the relationship.
I've had 3 Cadillacs over the last approximately 10 years. One STS and two XTSs. Cory has been my service representative almost the entire time. I'm a senior citizen, not up on technology, and I've driven there without an appointent, just to ask him how something worked that I didn't undrstand. He was always very accommoting unless he was very busy and I'd come back another time. I moved this year but still go back to this location (an extra 30 minute drive) for service at this location because of Cory. He should be recognized for excellent customer service. On a sad note (nothing to do with the dealership), I just read today that the XTS is being discontinued. I'm not shocked because when I was having my vehicle serviced, I noticed all of the vehicles on the showroom floor, and almost every new car in the lot was an SUV. While I know they're the rage, I've bought Cadillacs to have a luxury sedan. I have no use for, and despise SUVs. I'll trade this car in next year, but it will be for a Lexus or Mercedes.
Jamie and Kyle were excellent to work with on my recent service visit. I am hopeful to find out when my part that Jamie ordered arrives so I can come back soon for my next visit. Please call me with a status on that part.....Thanx....Tim
