I was not notified when my part arrived - I had to follow up directly. My tire air pressure was not checked as I requested at check in and two issues that I noted on check-in were not addressed with me by the service representative. I had to review the paperwork and ask questions myself about why they were not resolved.
My dissatisfaction is not so much with the dealership as it is with the 2013 SRX (though I do think it is ridiculous to be charged $160 to look at the sun roof shade problem to then be told it will cost $1300 to fix). My SRX looks and rides great but the problems I have had (CUE system, headlights and sun roof shade) would cost an addition $4500 or more than 10% of the total cost of the car to repair. These are design problems that never should have happened and are why I would never recommend buying a Cadillac!
I just leased a XT4. This is the third Cadillac I have leased through Hendrick. The sales team has always been very professional and helpful. This is why I keep going back. Quality product, quality sales team.
Considering we have been here three times to get our video system looked at and explained to us and no one knows anything about it and then, all state that they will get back to us and no one ever does is quite frustrating, don't sell a car that you do not know how to work and worse yet from a customer standpoint angle, do not state you will get answers and get back to a client and never do.
