Cory did an excellent job taking care of me and my car. I had mistakenly came in for my appointment on the wrong day and he still took care of my car knowing that I work long hours and couldn't take more time off for another appointment. I had some issues with the car that needed some warranty work and he took care of everything that needed to be fixed. This is my second time visiting your dealership as I used to go to Thompson in Raleigh. I didn't have the best experience there so when I got another Caddy I came to Hendrick. I am glad I did. I dealt with Kyle the on my first visit and he was great also. Cory and Kyle are a huge asset to your dealership and make the experience exactly what I was looking for and expect from cadillac.
I was impressed with the professionalism of the service staff and the attention I received. I particularly like receiving texts regarding the service issue and the status of the repair. It goes without saying that the facility, both for customers and service staff, is top notch. Cory is a real asset to the team as is Eric Herring, who sold us our Escalade.
